Commonly, every human sleep on average from 7 to 9 hours per night or 25 years in a lifetime. Although, to get enough sleep is very important but the right position of the body is crucial for improving the overall well-being.

If you have headaches, your sleeping position can help you to relieve or worsen the pain. So, be careful. Some daily headaches that you have are from twisted neck while sleeping. In this case, surround the head with pillows to avoid this kind of problem.

Your neck pain will disappear if you use some additional support for the neck. Simply, put a rolled-up towel under the neck or place it under the pillowcase.
