Interestingly enough, it was the Japanese actor Miki Ryosuke who actually discovered this method. In just a few weeks he dropped 30 pounds and 5 inches by following this method.

He found out about this method once his doctor gave him exercises to do in order to relieve the back pain that he was experiencing.

How It Works

This method is actually even supported by many doctors across Europe. This is how you do it: Inhale oxygen for about 3 seconds, and then start the 7-second process of exhaling.

This is going to help you lose weight because the more oxygen you have in your system, the more fat you’re going to burn. The contents of fat are hydrogen, carbon, and oxygen.

Once you inhale lots of oxygen into your system, it’s going to transfer the fat into water, because it’s going to split them up.

Instructions

Stand up and push one of your legs forward. Transfer your body weight to your back foot and strain your buttocks.

Once you inhale, lift your arms so that they are above your head. Once you exhale, focus on waking up and using your body during this exercise.

By practicing this method you are going to fasten your metabolism, and do a little bit of exercise as well!
