6. Vajrasana

Sit kneeling on your mat and keep your spine straight, and heels together. Place your palms facing downward on your thighs. Relax and respire for a minute, and in the end, stretch your legs forward.

This pose increases the blood circulation, improves hair growth, relieves bloated abs, improves digestion, and helps in losing weight.

7. Sasangasana

Sit on the floor kneeling, and keep your hips resting on your heels. Then, bend forward and touch the floor with your head, and use your hands to touch and hold your heels. Inhale and exhale 5 times and get back to the beginning position.Adequate blood flow leads to strong and healthy hair.

8. Uttanpadasana

Sit on your mat and lie down. Put your arms on the sides and rest. Keep your legs straight, stretch them and lift them up, while lifting your head and torso up.

You should make a shape of the letter “V.” Stay like this for 1 minute, and get back to the beginning pose.

9. Pavanamuktasana

Lie down on your mat. Take a deep breath and lift one leg towards your chest, while holding the knee with your hands. While in this position, exhale, relax, and get back to the beginning position.

Do the same with the other leg. You can do this several times with each leg. This pose prevents hair loss, relieves has and aids, and improved the lower back. Also, it is good for lowering the fat from the stomach and buttocks.

10. Kapalhabati Pranayama

Sit on your mat in lotus pose and keep your legs folded. Exhale strongly, and breathe in slowly. Do this for 5 mins. You will need the practice to make this exercise easier.

11. Bhastrika Pranayama

Sit same as you sit for Vajrasana pose. Clench your fists and put them beside your shoulder. As you breathe in, push your hands in front, and as you breathe out, lower your hands down.

This exercise keeps your lungs in good health and battles the radicals that stress produces. It improves blood circulation.Sit down in lotus position. Place one thumb on one nostril, and fold the index finger.
