Are you suffering from diabetes, obesity, or insulin resistance? Then you probably know what we’re talking about. Dark spots make you feel uncomfortable because if visible while you’re out, people are going to get the impression that you don’t take showers or something similar to that.
The dark spots appear in areas like the inner thighs, underarms, and around the neck. Other reasons for the appearance of dark spots that are not due to health complications are shaving, waxing, use of deodorants, and sometimes exposure to sunlight.
Instead of spending money on chemicals that promise you instant elimination of the pigmentation, there are some DIY remedies that you can try out. Today we’ve found out about some of them and wanted to share it with you.

Salt – Olive Oil – Sodium Bicarbonate
This remedy is completely natural and had no side-effects because of the all-natural ingredients.
1 tbsp of olive oil, salt, and baking soda
Take a bowl and mix all of the ingredients together until the mixture gets a cream-like consistency.
Apply to the problematic areas and let the mixture do it magic for about twenty minutes. Make sure to remove it by only using cold water and a piece of cloth if necessary.
Milk – Clay – Lemon
Take a bowl and put the ingredients while mixing until they come together. Once everything has melted into the clay, apply on the problematic areas for about fifteen minutes. Wash off with cold water and a piece of cloth as well.
You should repeat the method of your choice about three times a week until the dark spots vanish. Make sure to drink as much water as you can and consume food that packs a lot of vitamin E. Stay away from the sun. The olive oil that you’re going to use should be an extra virgin one; the salt should be sea salt.
