- cabbage (preferably organic red)
- aluminum foil
- a bandage or a gauze
Start by removing the outer leaf of the cabbage and wash it completely. Let it dry and cut the hard stem. Next, place the leaf on the table or counter and prepare it for rolling. Take your rolling pin and carefully roll over the cabbage to release all the juices.
Now, wrap the cabbage in a foil and place it in the oven for a couple of minutes or until it becomes warm. However, try not to burn it. After that, place the warm leaf on the affected area and bind it with a bandage or a gauze.
Keep the compress on your joint pain for one hour and remove the gauze. You can repeat this process about 2 to 3 times per day. The next day you might feel some results.
