Also, they don’t require an excessive amount of effort. Furthermore, you don’t have to keep doing the exercises every day to see results. Instead, do them whenever you have the need to.

1. Excercise No.1

Hold your hand up straight and slightly bend the elbow.

Now slowly bend your hand to make a fist. Also, there is no need to squeeze the hand. Just keep repeating the same process until the pain goes away.

Now open the fist until the fingers are straight.

2. Exercise No.2

Hold your hand straight and bend the elbow. Bend your fingers until they touch your palm and keep repeating the same thing. Like on the picture.

Hold the thumb in this position for a few seconds and slowly straighten the hand. Switch to the other hand and repeat the process.

3. Excercise No.3

Hold your hand straight up and slightly bend the elbow. Next, bend the thumb and try to reach the base of the pinky finger. Do the same exercise as in the picture.

Hold this position for a couple of seconds before you release. Lastly, repeat the process with each hand a couple of times.

4. Excercise No.4

Hold your hand straight up with the palm facing away from you. Now, slowly bend the fingers until they touch the top of the palm. Try to form a claw-like in the picture below.

Hold this position for at least 10 seconds before you straighten the hands again. Repeat the same process a few times.

5. Excercise No.5

Rest the side of your hand on a table and hold it straight. Point your thumb upwards like in the picture below.

Keep the thumb as straight as you can and slowly bend your fingers inward. Hold this position for a couple of seconds before you straighten the fingers. Repeat the same process about 10 times.

6. Excercise No.6

Place the hand flat with the fingers spread on a flat surface like on the picture below.

While keeping the fingers flat, slowly lift the thumb up.

Hold this position for at least 5 seconds and repeat with each finger. Next, switch hands and repeat the process.

7. Exercise No.7

Hold your arm straight, your palm facing inwards, and the wrist loose. Put the other hand over the hand and press slowly to push it towards the body. See the picture below for more details.

Keep pushing the arm until you feel a stretch in the arm or wrist. Hold this position for a couple of seconds and repeat the process with the other hand.
