Eating a cucumber makes you feel energized and revitalized, thanks to its high water count and vitamins. Did we convince you to try out this diet yet? Many people who have tried this diet are claiming that they dropped a whopping 15lbs in their first week!

Cucumber Diet-Plan

Breakfast

Cucumber salad and two boiled eggs

Snack

A peach, an apple and a handful of plums [can be dried]

Lunch

A piece of toast and a cucumber salad

Prepare cucumber salad by cutting up one medium-sized cucumber and an onion in tiny bits. Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of sour cream, a pinch of salt and mix everything nicely.  Store in refrigerator for further enjoyment!

Snack

Make yourself a cucumber shake! Take an apple and a medium-sized cucumber, some ginger, and a handful of spinach.

Wash all of the ingredients clean, and blend! Now you’ve got yourself a smoothie. Drink up once you start craving food!

Dinner

For dinner we suggest consuming two to three portions of your favorite fruit, Split that in half if you’re thinking bananas though!
