5. Eat Fruit

You should eat fruit before a meal, not after it. This way you can avoid stomach pain and help with digestion. Moreover, the sugars in the fruit take a while to digest and absorb. So, the best way to obtain all the necessary nutrients is to eat fruits on an empty stomach.

But, if you consume fruit after a meal, it might cause indigestion, burping, and heartburn.
