  • bowl for baking

To start preparing this essential oil, do not peel off the skin of the ginger. So, start by pouring some water over the fresh ginger and let it dry for a couple of hours. Next, pour the olive oil in the bowl for baking and shred the ginger in it.

After you have finished shredding it, add the olive oil. Now, your mixture is ready for baking. Place it in the oven at low heat, 150 degrees Fahrenheit, and let it simmer for 2 hours. When the baking is over, pour the entire mixture through a cheesecloth to filter it.

Squeeze all the oil from the cloth and remove the cloth once it is complete. Lastly, store it in a cool and dry place. However, it has an expiry date. The Ginger oil lasts about half a year before it turns bad.
